Stay Pastry is my personal Roald Dahl's chocolate factory. A place where I can bring interesting, trending, esoteric pastries to customers that are interested in experiencing something different or their favorites with a twist. I use techniques I learned in pastry school and while working in the industry to highlight the best aspects of my ingredients and the finished product. I have experience working with french pastry, classic American cookies and cakes, chocolates and candies and hope to present many special items from these categories over time.
