Our Biscoff Cinnamon Rolls are a deeply indulgent take on a classic, crafted with enriched brioche-style dough and baked in individual molds for exceptional height, structure, and softness. Each roll is made from a slow-fermented dough enriched with eggs, butter, and a tangzhong base, creating an ultra-tender, pillowy crumb that stays soft for days.
 

The filling is a rich blend of ground Biscoff cookies, butter, demerara sugar, and cinnamon—melting into a caramelized, spiced center with deep toffee notes. Each roll is baked in a mini tart pan, allowing it to rise higher than a traditional pan of rolls while developing a lightly caramelized edge and defined spiral.
 

Every roll is finished with a generous layer of citrus zest icing, made with butter, cream, vanilla, and a blend of orange, lime and lemon zest for balance. The result is a bold cinnamon roll with exceptional richness, structure, and flavor in every bite.
